We are a non-profit organization affiliated with the American Rose Society.  The purpose of the society is to encourage and create interest in the growing of roses, and to foster a better understanding of their cultivation.

MEETINGS

Regular monthly meetings are held the fourth Thursday of every month except May (our annual picnic), November and December (annual banquet).  Meetings start promptly at 7 p.m.  Our meetings are held at the North River Civic Center, 1009 Executive Drive, Suite 102, Hixson (behind the post office at Northgate Mall).  Visitors are always welcome!

August 28, 2014 Richard Anthony from For Love of Roses will be our guest speaker.  For Love of Roses sells miniatures and minifloras and specializes in Whit Wells' roses.  Richard will have a presentation on new mini and miniflora roses.
September 25, 2014 Mindy Money, from SouthernAg, will speak about beneficial bugs.
October 23, 2014 Sarah Johnson, of Johnson Garden Center in Cookeville, TN, will be our guest speaker.  Her topic:  "Things I Did Right and Things I Did Wrong This Past Year"
November 27, 2014 No meeting - Happy Thanksgiving!
