We are a non-profit organization affiliated with the American Rose Society.  The purpose of the society is to encourage and create interest in the growing of roses, and to foster a better understanding of their cultivation.

MEETINGS

Regular monthly meetings are held the fourth Thursday of every month except May (our annual picnic), November and December (annual banquet).  Meetings start promptly at 7 p.m.  Our meetings are held at the North River Civic Center, 1009 Executive Drive, Suite 102, Hixson (behind the post office at Northgate Mall).  Visitors are always welcome!

August 27, 2015 Mindy Money of Southern Ag will talk about the use of chemicals, warnings and amounts for use by home gardeners.
September 24, 2015 Cynthia Worch, President of the Nashville Rose Society, will speak about Growing Sustainable Roses - Nature's Way.
October 22, 2015 Susan Wright of Autumn Hills Nursery in Acworth, GA will talk about winter protection for roses and other plants.
November 26, 2015 No meeting - Happy Thanksgiving
